You agree to our Terms of Service by making a reservation with our company for a tour, flight, hotel, travel consultation, or any other service. Please make sure you have carefully read them. These terms and conditions are subject to change anytime and without prior notification by the firm. When you receive your tickets, you must carefully review them, and if any information seems incorrect or incomplete, you must let us know right away. If you do not notify us about any changes as specified on the invoice, we are not responsible for any issues that might arise. The information below is provided in good faith based on data provided by the Principal at the time of booking. If it turns out that any of these facts are incorrect, you will be informed right away. Please make sure your travel documents are in order and valid.
We suggest you to reconfirm your flight once more 72 hours before departure. No refunds or changes are permitted for tickets (Conditions Apply). Prior to the issuance of the tickets, prices are NOT guaranteed. We are unable to bear responsibility for any flight cancellations or delays (due to weather, labor disputes, or other factors) if the operator is unable to fulfil their contractual obligations. In order to find a different aircraft, we will help the operator. It is imperative that you have enough travel insurance to handle this unfortunate scenario. You must carefully review your tickets once you receive them, and you must let us know right away if you believe any information is incorrect or incomplete. If you do not notify us of any changes as specified on the invoice, we are not responsible for any problems that may occur. Therefore, we urge you to carefully review the invoice. If there are any modifications to the flight tickets, hotel reservations, or transportation vouchers, the customer will be liable to pay the difference in fare.
Company reserves the right to offer an alternative option if the agreed-upon option cannot be fulfilled. Additionally, we have the right to change hotel rates up until complete payment or any time before you make your reservation. Prices are subject to availability.
We accept no financial liability in the event if the airline fails to operate. Passengers who choose to fly accept full responsibility for any loss occurred if the airline fails to operate, and it is strongly advised that separate travel insurance be purchased in the event that the airline fails.
Deposits only secure seats, not fares. It is in your best interest to pay off the balance as soon as possible to avoid any fare difference (Increase in fare). A deposit of 50% of the Grand Total is required to SECURE your booking. Prices are always subject to availability.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months before the date of your return journey, and you must have a valid visa for the destination. Please ensure that you have consulted the Embassy about any VISA or PASSPORT issues. Requirements may change, so check for the most recent Terms & Conditions before departure.
The customer must provide copies of all passengers’ passports to the hotels provided. It is in your best interest to keep extra copies of all passengers’ passports.
All passports must be received at least four weeks before departure, along with passport-sized photograph, and it is the responsibility of the customer to deliver and collect the passports from the office. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the date of departure. Ideally, your passport should be valid for at least eight months.
We will upload your passports/travel documents to our Umrah System once we receive them. Once this is completed, it may take up to 1-2 weeks to obtain an E-visa.
In case of being sent to embassy, passengers will bear the additional expenses (embassy service fee). During this time, Shawal International Travels will not be held liable if passports are misplaced in the Embassy.
Under any circumstances, visa is NOT guaranteed. In the event of a delay in obtaining the Visa from the embassy, the company will NOT be held liable for the associated costs (including changes in flights, hotel and transportation).
Baggage allowance varies for every airline. We recommend you to consult with the respective airline about Baggage Allowance before departure.
Flight tickets are non-refundable after any kind of cancellation, but they may be changed subject to the airline’s policy with flight change fees. In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be charged as an administration fee prior to ticket issuance.
In the event of a cancellation prior to the issuance of an Umrah Package flight tickets, hotel and transportation vouchers, 50% Administration Fee will be charged per passenger on your initial deposit, with the remaining 50% refunded.
After issuing Umrah Package flight tickets, hotel and transportation vouchers, we will consult with the airlines only upon your request to see if those flight tickets are changeable/refundable. We will respond within 48 hours. After deducting the Administration Fee per passenger, your ticket’s refund amount will be declared in accordance with the airline’s instructions (if applicable). Furthermore, all other vouchers are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by Shawal International Travels, please notify us within 21 days of the event or 7 days after returning from your Pilgrimage/Umrah or tour. Any communications received outside of this timeline will result in delayed resolution.

We strongly advise 3-4 hours for international flights and 2 hours for domestic flights for check-in due to security measures. Check-in typically closes one hour before scheduled departure, so please keep sufficient time to get to the airport.
If you haven’t already, please let us know and we’ll forward your request to the airline. Please keep in mind that meal requests are not guaranteed, the airline will make every effort to accommodate your request.
After you have received all of your documentation, we will provide you contact information for Saudi Arabia. In addition, an Emergency 24-hour helpline number to contact Shawal International Travels is available for emergency use only.
Please be aware that everything is subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions. Shawal International Travels reserves the right to refuse services at any time without any notice. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and requirements if brought to our attention at the time of booking. If for some reason, we are unable to provide you with what we have agreed upon, an alternative option will be made available to you.
Please make all necessary travel insurance arrangements. Please take note for group bookings, tickets can be issued any time because the airline sets up deadlines.
You must ensure all Pilgrims’ health requirements, such as vaccination, have been met. All incoming travelers performing Umrah or Hajj must bring a certificates of vaccination against MENINGOCOCCAL MENINGITIS, POLIO issued no more than three years and no less than ten days before arrival in Saudi Arabia. The responsible authorities in the visitor’s home country should ensure that adults and children over the age of two years receive the recommended vaccine dosage.
We take great care to ensure that all of the information provided to you is correct and accurate but we cannot guarantee its accuracy because it is provided by a third party and we have the right to change the information, including these terms and conditions, at any time without any notice. It is your responsibility to keep track of any changes to these terms and conditions. Shawal International Travels has ensured that all representatives, agents, tour operators and suppliers’ services are reputable. However, the company has no direct control over these organizations and will not be held liable for any errors, omissions or blunders made by them or their employees. The Customer accepts the booking’s terms and conditions of such firms, companies or persons and shall provide services to the Company and the Customer.
If the Company/Supplier cancels or changes the schedule due to war, riots, civil commotion, strikes, disasters, terrorist acts, natural disasters, acts of God, technical problems with transportation or other events beyond the Company’s control, the Company shall not be held liable in any way.
It is vital to remember that all personal baggage, including personal articles, medicines, mobile phones and any other items carried with you during the trip, is always “at the owner’s risk” under all circumstances. The company will not be held liable if the Client fails to bring passports, visas or other required documents for travel with himself/herself.
